Casa Dali in brief ...
We rent out Casa Dali which is a 2-acre property with 3 separate houses located in Ciudad Quesada in the municipality of Rojales, Alicante region.
Two of the houses were newly renovated in 2023/2024, while the third was renovated in 2018. All three houses are state-of-the-art and have everything you need for a wonderful stay in the south.
The pool is 5x10 meters and has colored lights for great, late evening swimming. Private, modern bathroom adjacent to the pool area. By the pool area there is also a great bbq area with two gas grills and a regular charcoal grill in a fireplace layout (traditional Spanish). A fantastic outdoor kitchen and accompanying covered pergola provide shade and space to prepare and eat all meals outside. The artist Orion Righard has decorated one wall inside the pergola, which really puts the finishing touch on the overall experience of spending A LOT of time outside.
Casa Dali is located on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the salt lakes of Torrevieja. Since the property is located on a hill, you get a better climate and a more comfortable temperature than if you were "in the middle of the city". However, within a few minutes by car or just over 10 minutes on foot you will find a number of restaurants and shops, and it takes just under 20 minutes to walk down to the center of Quesada.
The property is perfect for a large family or a group of friends who want to vacation together but still separately. The three houses are positioned so that the property's natural gathering place with pool, outdoor kitchen and pergola forms a courtyard in the middle of the houses.
Description of the houses
House 1: 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds (1 double bed, 180cm wide, 1 double bed of 160cm and 1 bed of 140cm (with space for two children/young people), one interior bathroom plus easy access to the fully equipped outdoor pool, kitchen and living room. There is a built-in air conditioning system everywhere except in the bathroom. Glass doors out to the patio and garden. Patio, back garden with exit from the kitchen and roof terrace. Washing machine and dishwasher.
House 2: 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, (4 single beds of 90cm, one bathroom for each of the bedrooms (direct access from the bedrooms), kitchen and living room. Patio and roof terrace. Large glass doors and lots of light throughout the house. Washing machine and dishwasher. Concealed air conditioning throughout the house except in the bathroom.
House 3: 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds (1 double bed of 160cm and 2 single beds of 90cm, two bathrooms plus easy access to the fully equipped outdoor pool. Fully equipped kitchen and living room. Patio and roof terrace. Built-in air conditioning with individual control in all zones. Washing machine and dishwasher.
Outdoor kitchen: Double-door refrigerator, American type, with built-in ice cube and ice water maker, 4-zone hob with integrated extractor, oven, dishwasher, wine cooler and air fryer. Fully equipped with plates, glasses, cups, cutlery etc. Large kitchen island facing the pool area for social cooking and mingling while someone else operates the grill outside.
Internet in all houses and in the outdoor area. Air conditioning in all living rooms, including the outdoor kitchen. All houses have what you need for a great holiday in a beautiful place.
Smoking is prohibited inside and the property is only rented to responsible adults.
